1. General Provisions and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, gaming features, and financial transactions on the betbdt platform. By accessing the betbdt website or creating an account, the user is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

betbdt's services are open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts under the same name, or multiple accounts operated from the same device or IP address, will be identified as duplicate accounts.

2.2 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — confidential. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity must be reported to betbdt support immediately. The user is responsible for all transactions carried out from their account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

betbdt may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other documents for security and fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. betbdt reserves the right to close an account if the user does not cooperate.

3. Deposit and Payment Policy

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on betbdt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all methods.

• Deposited funds must come from the user's own registered payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or sources are not accepted and will be returned.
• Cryptocurrency and other digital assets are not currently supported.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.

4. Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount on betbdt is ৳800. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• The account's KYC verification must be complete.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met.
• The withdrawal method must be registered in the user's name.
• The account must not be under any investigation.

4.2 Rejected Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonus offers on betbdt are provided under specific terms. It is important to read the relevant rules in full before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200, and before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotions

betbdt regularly provides various promotional offers, such as a weekly reload bonus (up to 50%, maximum ৳5,000, wagering 20x), a slots festival bonus (up to 75%, maximum ৳8,000, wagering 25x), and a cricket season deposit offer (up to 60%, maximum ৳6,000, wagering 18x). Each offer is subject to its own terms.

5.3 Bonus Usage Limits

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• In cases of bonus abuse (such as using low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements), betbdt reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• A bonus is not free cash in any form — completing the wagering requirement for each offer is mandatory.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on betbdt — casino slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and card games — are operated through third-party game software providers. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to gain abnormal profits by exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• A single user operating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to gain a fraudulent advantage.
• Using low-risk opposing bets to meet wagering requirements.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical error occurs during a game, betbdt will review server logs to make a decision. In cases of abnormally large wins resulting from an obvious software error, betbdt reserves the right to withhold and void that payment.

7. VIP and Loyalty Programme

betbdt's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players are automatically promoted to higher tiers based on regular play.

Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, calculated on the net losses for that week:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. Cashback is credited to the account automatically and wagering requirements apply.

betbdt reserves the right to modify VIP benefits or discontinue the programme, but benefits already earned will not be cancelled in such cases.

8. Security and Personal Data

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure at the User's Own Request
